I have gift cards for situations just like this and you can choose from 5 different values. This is how it works: after checkout you will receive a secret coupon code in your email valid for the amount of your choice. You'd then print out a nice gift card from here (PDF) or here (PNG) and write the coupon code on it and voila, have a physical gift you can give to the chosen lucky one. Whenever she buys jewelry from my store she'll be able to enter the coupon code and get the appropriate discount.
